About Grind Shop
Grind Shop helps sellers in India open and run their own online store, with a checkout and tools that fit how Indian shoppers pay and how Indian sellers work.
Why we are building it
Many sellers want a store of their own but not the cost, the complexity or the dependence on a marketplace that comes with it. We want a store to take minutes to open, to be safe by default, and to grow with a business through apps rather than through a bigger bill.
What we believe
India first
Rupees, GST, PIN codes, cash on delivery and the way Indian customers shop come first, not as an afterthought.
Secure by default
Two-step verification for owners, a separate checkout and strict data separation between stores are on from the start.
Honest and simple
We tell you what works today and what does not. We write our policies in plain language and publish our prices before we charge.
Where we are today
Grind Shop is in an early launch phase. Some features are live and others are on the way. The features page says which is which.
