- Grind Basic, a clean built-in theme with home, collection, product, cart and search pages.

- Search engine basics are built in: page titles and descriptions, a sitemap and structured data.
- Every store gets an address on our domain. Custom domains are coming soon.

Add what you sell and keep stock under control.
- Products with photos, descriptions, prices and stock.
- Up to three options, such as size, colour and material, with a price and stock for each variant.
- Stock goes down when an order is placed, and the last item can only be sold once.
- An HSN code and a GST rate on every product.

Checkout and orders
Shoppers pay on a separate, secure page. You manage orders from your phone or computer.
- A short checkout with Indian addresses and PIN codes, a shipping charge and a clear order summary.
- Checkout runs on its own address, apart from the scripts of your storefront.
- Confirm an order, ship it with a courier and tracking number, mark cash on delivery as paid, or cancel it. Stock comes back when you cancel.
- Customers are saved from checkout, together with their orders.

- Cash on delivery is a built-in app that you can switch on and off.
- Coming soon: connect your own payment gateway account for UPI, cards and netbanking. Payments go straight to your account.
- Grind Shop never holds your customers' money.

GST and India
Built for how Indian sellers price and ship.
- Your GSTIN in the store settings, checked against your state. An HSN code and a GST rate on each product.
- Choose whether your prices include GST. Checkout shows CGST and SGST for deliveries in your state and IGST for other states.
- Prices in rupees, with Indian states and PIN codes at checkout.
- Coming soon: GST invoices as PDF files.

- Install, set up and remove apps from the Apps page of the admin. Cash on Delivery is built in.

- Two-step verification is required for store owners and admins.
- Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Integration keys you give us are stored encrypted.
- Each store's data is kept apart from every other store's data, in the application and in the database.
- Anyone can report a store that breaks our rules, and store names that imitate big brands are blocked.
